Ordering
Please contact our sales team by phone or email, to discuss your requirements. We offer a free design layout service and will send a drawing of your specific configuration and quotation. Once the design and price has been agreed, we will send an order confirmation form for you to check, sign and return. The sales department is open 9.00am – 6.00pm, Monday to Friday.
Payment
Payment can be made by cash, cleared cheque, banker’s draft, bank transfer, Switch, Solo, Mastercard, American Express and Visa. We do not have any surcharge costs for using this service. All orders require payment prior to despatch.

Fitting On Site
Your new desk will come flat packed for quick and simple construction. We do, however, offer an on site assembly service; please contact our sales team for a quotation if you request this service.
Deliveries
Orders for stock items received by AKA are normally delivered within four days to any mainland UK address. All overseas packages are on a pallet, and guide price for deliveries are:
